Computer Systems Design and Related Services
Integrated systems engineered to run your whole operation.
BerriesGroup designs, integrates, and operates the computer systems that keep modern companies moving. We connect software, infrastructure, and data into a single coherent platform, then stand behind it long after launch. No fragments, no handoffs, no finger-pointing — one team accountable for the entire stack.
The BerriesGroup Standard
We build the systems other teams inherit.
Every environment we deliver is documented, versioned, monitored, and recoverable. We believe a well-designed system should be boring to operate and fast to change. That conviction shapes every architecture review, every deployment pipeline, and every incident report we produce for the teams we serve.
Capabilities
Six disciplines, one integrated team.
We do not sell isolated features. We assemble the whole system, then tune it together so every layer reinforces the one above it.
-
01
Systems Architecture
We map your current estate, model the target state, and produce an architecture that survives load, growth, and staff turnover. Every decision is traceable to a business requirement, not to a vendor pitch.
-
02
Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering
Provisioning, networking, and container orchestration built as code. We design environments that scale down when idle and up when demand spikes, so your spend tracks your actual usage.
-
03
Systems Integration
Legacy platforms, third-party APIs, and internal tools rarely talk to each other. We build the connective layer, event buses, and contracts that let data flow safely across your organization.
-
04
Data Platforms and Analytics
Warehouses, pipelines, and reporting surfaces that turn operational noise into decisions. We care as much about data quality at the source as about the dashboards at the end.
-
05
Security and Compliance
Identity, access control, encryption, and audit trails built into the design rather than bolted on later. We prepare your systems for the audits your industry requires.
-
06
Managed Operations
Monitoring, backups, patching, and on-call response for the systems we build. When something breaks, we are already looking at it — usually before your users notice.
A Clear Difference
Bespoke systems versus packaged software.
Packaged tools force your business to fit the product. A designed system fits the business. The table below shows where the real differences show up.
| Dimension | Packaged Software | Bespoke System |
|---|---|---|
| Fit to workflow | Workflow bends to the product | Product bends to the workflow |
| Integration cost | High, recurring, per connector | Designed in from day one |
| Ownership of data | Shared with the vendor | Entirely yours |
| Roadmap control | Set by the vendor | Set by your leadership |
| Long-term cost | License fees compound | Stabilizes as you own it |
Method
How a system comes together.
Discover
We interview the people who do the work, trace the data, and document the constraints before we write a single line of code.
Design
We produce an architecture, a data model, and a run plan, then review them with you until the tradeoffs are clear and the risk is understood.
Integrate
We build in short, shippable increments and integrate constantly, so there is always a working version you can touch and test.
Operate
We hand over a monitored, documented, recoverable system, then stay available to run it, tune it, and grow it with you.
What Operators Say
BerriesGroup gave us the first environment we could actually hand to a new hire and expect them to run. The documentation is real, the monitoring is real, and the support does not disappear after the invoice is paid.

Common Questions
What teams ask us first.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most initial builds land between eight and sixteen weeks depending on scope. We front-load discovery so the estimate you receive is built on your actual data, not on a template.
Do you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. We integrate with whatever you already run. We are happy to be the connective layer between legacy tools while you retire them on your own schedule.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Everything we produce is handed over in full, with source control access, documentation, and no lock-in clause anywhere in the agreement.
Can you support us after launch?
Yes. Managed operations, monitoring, and on-call response are core disciplines for us, and most clients keep us on a retainer after the build.
Start the Conversation
Tell us what the system should do.
Send us a description of the problem, the tooling you already run, and the outcome you want. A senior engineer — not a salesperson — will reply within one business day.
